Exciting new updates to Space Dial

We have been building (and continue to build) the productivity platform of your dreams, Space Dial. Here is what’s new to the product as of November: 

Logging time off 

You now have the ability to manage your team’s time off through Space Dial. No more Slack or email requests - users can select a policy, dates, add a note - and a member of your management team can easily approve each request. Teammates can see who is out of office when and plan their schedules accordingly.

Client Portal 

When working with clients, it’s important to give them the transparency they deserve. You can now automatically create a Space Dial account for your client, and also attach files and automated hour log exports into their portal. Clients will be able to have full transparency into the work you put in and be prepared for any upcoming invoices. 

New and improved dashboard 

You can track hours all you want, but without knowing what to do with the data, how to motivate your team and how to turn inefficiencies into more revenue - you are not getting anywhere. 

Space Dial’s productivity formula is determined by 4 main categories: 

• Set and Track Objectives and Targets 

• Production Analysis

• Personal Contribution 

• Actionable Feedback 

We upgraded the dashboard to help you better understand each of those categories, and easily determine which ones are in need of improvement. 

Personal Reports

It’s important you give members the feedback they need in order to improve their performance - sometimes we might not notice our shortcomings unless someone points them out. Starting this week, you can submit personal feedback reports to any of your members. Our pre-made template makes it super easy to fill out and send out. 

Calendar View 

If only you could have a monthly preview of all the hours you logged! Well, now you do! If you check out the improved My Hours page, you will see that your hour logs now appear in a new and improved calendar format: easily create logs on specific days, and even more easily move logs across the calendar until your schedule is aligned with your work.
